All prices are listed in the currency applicable to your selected region. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Aurevia Naturals Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.
All items purchased from Aurevia Naturals Private Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at aurevianatural@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
